Event Description
The aircraft completed a normal landing. During the rollout phase, the right main landing gear collapsed.
Examination Findings
Post-incident examination of the right main landing gear assembly revealed that the bolt attaching the right-hand bellcrank to the landing gear strut had sheared in two places. The bolt failed on either side of the bellcrank, at the point between the bellcrank and the strut casting.
Further inspection showed that a solid pin joins the bellcrank to the side brace lock link. The lock link fits between the two ears of the bellcrank.
No additional details were provided regarding the aircraft type, registration, operator, location, occupants, injuries, or environmental conditions.
