Forced Landing
During an instructional flight, the instructor pilot was demonstrating a spin maneuver to the student pilot. While performing the maneuver, the engine suddenly lost power. The pilot made several attempts to restart the engine, but none were successful. Consequently, a forced landing was executed onto a horse track. The landing was completed without any damage to the airplane and without any injuries to the individuals on board.
Subsequent Takeoff
After the forced landing, the instructor pilot directed the pilot receiving instruction to disembark from the airplane. The instructor then initiated a takeoff from the horse track. After becoming airborne, the right stabilizer of the airplane struck a fence. As a result, the airplane pitched up and rolled left, eventually coming to rest on an adjacent road.
