Narrative
According to the pilot, prior to takeoff, the right brake was dragging. The pilot believed this was caused by a sticky brake puck and checked the parking brake knob, which appeared to be in the off position. Before landing, the pilot tested the brakes by pressing on the brake pedals. During the landing roll, the airplane skidded approximately 100 feet before nosing over. After exiting the airplane, the pilot discovered that the main landing gear wheels would not turn. The pilot then reached into the cockpit and pushed the parking brake knob, which was extended between 3/4 and 1 inch. Following this action, the main landing gear wheels turned freely.
