Accident Description
A pilot experienced a runway excursion after landing at a destination airport. According to the pilot's report, the active runway was wet and had areas of standing water. Upon touchdown, the pilot believed there was sufficient runway remaining to bring the airplane to a stop. However, when the brakes were applied, no braking action was observed. The airplane subsequently ran off the departure end of the runway and veered to the left, striking the airport boundary fence.
