Incident Overview
A pilot performing a touch-and-go landing on runway 27L encountered hazardous weather conditions during climb out. The pilot observed a dust devil and debris blowing across the departure end of the runway. As the aircraft approached the runway's end, the wings began to rock, similar to wake turbulence effects.
