The pilot reported that he was landing on runway 25. The winds at the airport were from 110 degrees at 7 knots, resulting in a right quartering tailwind. As the landing gear touched the runway, the left wing started to rise. He applied aileron input in an attempt to bring the wing back down. However, moments later, the left wing rose again. The pilot stated that he was not able to respond fast enough and lost directional control of the airplane. Instead of attempting a go-around, he applied the toe brakes.
