Accident Details
The pilot reported that during the landing roll, when the aircraft was traveling at approximately 35 to 40 miles per hour, a substantial shake developed. Subsequently, the tail of the aircraft lifted, and the aircraft nosed over, coming to rest inverted.
Post-Accident Inspection
After the aircraft was righted, it was towed to a hangar. During the tow, the brakes were tested and were found to function with no evidence of a mechanical failure or malfunction.

The pilot later reported that he did not apply the brakes during the landing roll and that the tires did not slide.
