What happened
The accident occurred while the aircraft was completing its landing roll on an asphalt runway. During this phase of ground operation, the left braking system failed to function. As a result of this mechanical failure, the airplane veered off the right side of the paved surface.
Upon leaving the runway environment, the aircraft struck a ditch. The impact forces caused the nose section to overturn, leading the airplane to come to rest in an inverted position.
