Incident Details
Following touchdown on runway 13, the airplane began to veer to the left during the landing roll. The pilot responded by applying excessive right brake, causing an overcorrection to the right. Subsequently, the pilot overcorrected back to the left.
Sequence of Events
As a result of the second overcorrection, the right wing rose upward, and the left main landing gear collapsed. The left wing then struck the runway surface. The airplane continued its rotation to the left before coming to rest in an upright position.

The pilot reported that the wind at the time of the accident was variable at 4 knots. However, the local weather observation facility at the airport reported calm wind conditions.
