Accident Summary
A pilot aborted a takeoff after the aircraft began to stall, resulting in a runway excursion and collision with a fence. The aircraft entered the runway at intersection H and was observed porpoising before skidding off the end of the runway and down an embankment.
Pilot Account
The pilot stated to a New York State Police Officer that while attempting to take off from the runway, the aircraft began to stall. He attempted to abort the takeoff but was unable to fully stop. The aircraft slid off the runway and impacted a fence before coming to a stop.
Witness Observations
Witnesses reported observing the airplane enter runway 29 at intersection H. Shortly after, the airplane was seen porpoising toward the end of the runway before it skidded off the end of the runway and down an embankment.

Runway 29 measures 4,451 feet in length and 150 feet in width. Intersection H is located approximately one third of the way down the runway from the approach end.
