During landing roll, an airplane veered left, lifted its left wing, and after becoming airborne again, stalled at low altitude. The outboard portion of the left wing was severed by a fence post.

Landing Roll and Loss of Directional Control

The airplane touched down on a firm turf runway and rolled onto the asphalt portion. After transitioning to asphalt, the aircraft veered to the left, and the left wing lifted. The pilot reported that by the time full right rudder was applied, the left main wheel had already left the asphalt and was tracking into the grass alongside the runway.

Pilot Actions and Subsequent Airborne Phase

The pilot then retarded the throttle to idle. The airplane continued to veer approximately 15 degrees left of the runway's centerline, rolling at a "fairly fast" speed. Attempting to correct, the pilot pulled the control yoke full aft. This action caused the airplane to "launched back into the air."

Stall and Impact with Fence Post

Approximately 10 feet above the ground, the airplane stalled. During the stall, the outboard 6 feet of the left wing struck a fence post, severing that portion of the wing. The outboard section of the left wing was separated from the rest of the airframe upon impact with the post.
