Accident Details
On May 10, 2009, at approximately 1001 universal time coordinated, a Bell 407 helicopter, registered as RA-01895AO, impacted terrain in the Irkutsk region of Russia. The accident site was located about 3 kilometers from the settlement of Malyshkino, Cheremshanka. The helicopter sustained substantial damage in the crash.

The helicopter was carrying a total of nine occupants: five crew members and four passengers. All nine individuals were killed in the accident.
