On August 25, 2010, at approximately 1741 UTC, an Embraer EMB-145 LU, registered as PR-PSJ, was performing a commercial flight from Guarulhos (SBGR), Sao Paulo, Brazil, to Vitoria da Conquista Airport (SBQV) in Bahia, Brazil.
