Accident
On September 14, 2010, at 0745 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 188 Agwagon, registration VH-KZF, collided with terrain during takeoff. The aircraft was departing for an aerial application flight near Geraldton Aerodrome in Australia. The pilot sustained fatal injuries, and the airplane was substantially damaged.
