Accident

On February 4, 2011, at approximately 1449 UTC, a Hawker Beechcraft HS-850XP, registration OD-SKY, crashed during the initial takeoff climb at Sulaimaniyah International Airport, Iraq. The aircraft was owned by Club Aviation S.A.L and operated by Sky Lounge services S.A.L. The flight was destined for Istanbul, Turkey. All three crew members and four passengers sustained fatal injuries. The aircraft was destroyed and a post-crash fire ensued.

Investigation
