Accident Details
On April 11, 2011, at approximately 1350 coordinated universal time, a Bell 206B-III helicopter, registration 9M-AXH, collided with terrain during takeoff near Sibu, Malaysia. The pilot was fatally injured, and the helicopter was substantially damaged.
