What happened
On July 14, 2011, at approximately 1853 UTC, a Cessna 560XL (registration 5N-BMM) was performing a landing at Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The aircraft, which was operated by Bristow Helicopters Limited, had originated its flight from Lagos, Nigeria.
During the landing phase, the aircraft experienced a runway excursion. There were no injuries reported among the six people on board. The aircraft sustained minor damage, and no fire occurred during the event.
