What happened
On August 18, 2011, at approximately 2056 UTC, an Airbus 320-233, registration HA-LPB, operated by Wizz Air Hungary Légiközlekedési Kft, was involved in an incident at Stockholm-Skavsta Airport in Nyköping, Sweden. Following the landing, the aircraft experienced an undercowl fire in the No. 1 engine during the shutdown process. During the event, flames were observed at the No. 1 engine, and smoke was reported coming from the No. 2 engine. There were no injuries resulting from this event.
