Accident Notification

On September 29, 2011, an accident involving an Aviocar CASA C212 aircraft occurred. The National Transportation Safety Committee of Indonesia (KNKT) has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of the accident.

Investigation Roles

In response, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the KNKT investigation.
