What happened
On January 27, 2012, at 1325 UTC, an Eclipse Aviation EA-500, registration N607LM, was conducting an instrument landing system (ILS) approach to Groningen Airport (EHGG) in Eelde, Netherlands. During the approach, the aircraft experienced a loss of altitude. The flight crew responded by executing a missed approach, after which the aircraft landed safely. The flight had originated from Lelystad Airport (EHLE) in Lelystad, Netherlands. There were no injuries reported among the three occupants on board.
