What happened
On April 20, 2012, at approximately 0855 UTC, a Cessna T206H, registered as PR-CRR, crashed into terrain near Macapá, Brazil. The accident occurred roughly five minutes after the aircraft departed from Macapá International Airport (SBMQ). The flight was traveling toward Santarém Airport (SBSN) in Para, Brazil, at the time of the impact. The collision resulted in 2 fatal injuries for the pilot and the passenger.
