Accident Details
On April 20, 2012, at approximately 0855 coordinated universal time, a Cessna T206H, Brazilian registration PR-CRR, was substantially damaged when it collided with terrain. The accident occurred roughly five minutes after takeoff from Macapa International Airport (SBMQ), Macapa, Brazil. The flight was en route to Santarem Airport (SBSN), Para, Brazil. The foreign certificated pilot and a passenger sustained fatal injuries.
