What happened
On July 11, 2012, at 1300 UTC, a Robinson R22 Beta, registered as PT-HOL, was involved in an accident near Sao Paulo, Brazil. The aircraft, operated by Master Escola Aviacao Civil Ltda, was performing a local flight originating from Sao Paulo when the crew experienced a loss of in-flight control. The helicopter subsequently collided with a building, resulting in the destruction of the aircraft. The two pilots on board sustained 2 fatal injuries.
