What happened
On October 03, 2012, at 1100 UTC, a Piper PA25-260 was performing crop-dusting operations near the Juquiá Municipality in the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. During the flight, the aircraft, registered as PT-DOX, collided with high-tension electric wires. The impact caused the aircraft to strike the ground, resulting in the destruction of the plane and a subsequent fire. The pilot sustained 1 fatal injury.
