What happened

On February 11, 2013, a Pakistan International Airlines Boeing 737-300, operating flight PK-259 from Sialkot, Pakistan, arrived at Muscat International Airport (OOMS) in Oman. The aircraft, registration AP-BEH, landed on runway 26L at 13:25L (09:25Z).

During the landing sequence, the aircraft's left main landing gear collapsed. The aircraft subsequently came to a stop on the paved surface of the runway at the left-hand edge, rendering the aircraft disabled. There were 107 people on board the flight, and there were no injuries reported following the incident.
