Accident Details
On March 26, 2013, at approximately 1300 universal coordinated time, a Eurocopter BO-105 helicopter (registration 9Y-TIC) was forced to land in a forested area near Granville, Cedros, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The forced landing resulted in substantial damage to the aircraft. The pilot, who was the sole occupant on board, sustained minor injuries. At the time of the accident, visual meteorological conditions prevailed, indicating suitable visual flight conditions.
