What happened
On April 13, 2013, at approximately 1854 UTC, a Piper PA-2ability-250 aircraft, registration N27FT, was involved in a fatal accident in Georgetown, Guyana. The aircraft was performing an aerial observation flight under Guyanese flight regulations when it departed from Ogle International Airport (SYGO).
Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft impacted a residence. The accident resulted in 2 fatal injuries, involving the airline transport pilot and one passenger.
