Incident Notification
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Sikorsky S-76C helicopter. The notification was made under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
NTSB Involvement
The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB in the investigation. This appointment is in the NTSB's capacity as the State of Design and Manufacture of the helicopter.
Investigation Conduct
All investigative information will be released by the AAIB of the United Kingdom.
