Incident Notification
On May 31, 2013, an incident occurred involving a Boeing 737-800. The Dutch Safety Board (DSB) notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of the event. The NTSB subsequently appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the DSB investigation.
Investigation
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane, the NTSB will provide support to the DSB. All investigative information will be released by the Dutch Safety Board. The DSB is the lead agency conducting the investigation.
