Incident Notification
The Federal Air Transport Agency (FATA) of Russia has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Boeing 747-8F airplane. In response, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to participate in the investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the State of Design and Manufacture of the airplane and engines.
