A pilot reported that, after executing a normal three-point landing in a tailwheel-equipped airplane with a 30-degree left crosswind, the airplane's nose began to veer to the left. The pilot stated that he overcorrected by applying right rudder, causing the airplane to ground loop. During the ground loop, the right wing struck the ground. The pilot added that he may have accidentally pressed the brake while applying right rudder.
