What happened
Following the event, the United Kingdom's Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) notified the NTSB. Because the United States is the state of manufacture and design for this aircraft, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13 provisions. There were no injuries reported.
