What happened
On October 4, 2013, at 1715 UTC, a Bell 206B helicopter, registration G-BPWI, experienced a loss of engine power while flying near Upper Edgebold, near Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England. Following the loss of power, the aircraft impacted the terrain and subsequently rolled over.
At the time of the accident, the weather consisted of visual meteorological conditions. The pilot was the only person on board the aircraft and sustained one minor injury.
