What happened
On October 19, 2013, at approximately 1105 UTC, a Piper PA-28R-200, registered as PT-NKO, crashed near the Corumbá Municipality in Brazil. The aircraft had departed from Teruel Ipanema Estancia Airport (SSEI), located near Bodoqu Serer, with a planned destination of Santa Gertrudes Airport (SSZF) near Corumbá.
The impact with the terrain destroyed the aircraft. The pilot and four passengers sustained 5 fatal injuries.
