The government of Bolivia notified the NTSB of an accident involving a SWEARINGEN SA227, registration CP-2754, which took place on November 03, 2013, in Riberalta, Bolivia. The accident resulted in 10 fatalities and 8 minor injuries.
As the State of Manufacturer and Design, the United States appointed an Accredited Representative to assist the Bolivian authorities with the investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13. All investigative details are being managed and released by the government of Bolivia.
