Accident Overview
On November 19, 2013, at 1134 coordinated universal time, a Robinson R44 II helicopter, registered in Germany as D-HOMI, was substantially damaged when it impacted forested terrain near Neuhausen ob Eck, Germany. The flight instructor and the pilot receiving instruction were fatally injured. The training flight had originated from Donaueschingen, Germany.
