Accident Details
On May 27, 2014, at approximately 1050 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Beechcraft B200 aircraft, registered in Argentina as LV-CNT, was substantially damaged when it impacted the water near Rio de la Plata, Uruguay. The pilot, an Argentine national, and four passengers sustained fatal injuries, while four other passengers suffered serious injuries.

The aircraft was a Beechcraft B200, a twin-engine turboprop. It had departed from San Fernando Airport (SADF) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was destined for Carmelo Airport (SUCM) in Colonia, Uruguay. The flight was being conducted under Argentine registration.
