What happened
Following the notification of the accident, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the BFU's investigation. This participation is conducted under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the United States serves as both the State of Operator and the State of Manufacturer and Design for the aircraft.
