Accident Details
On November 1, 2014, at approximately 1145 Atlantic standard time, a Bell 206B-3 helicopter, registered in the Dominican Republic as HI419, was substantially damaged when it impacted a sugar cane plantation under unknown circumstances. The accident occurred near Boca Chica, Dominican Republic.
Occupants and Injuries
Of the three occupants on board, one sustained fatal injuries, one was seriously injured, and one was not injured.

The helicopter had departed from San Pedro de Marcoris, Dominican Republic, and was destined for El Higuero, Dominican Republic.
