Accident Overview
On November 10, 2014, at approximately 1723 UTC, a Beech A36, registered as PT-WVM, was destroyed when it impacted terrain in Macarani, Brazil. The accident followed an inflight loss of control. The pilot and two passengers sustained fatal injuries.
