On December 17, 2014, an incident occurred involving a Boeing 757-236, registration DALED, in Warsaw, Poland. The State Commission on Aircraft Accident Investigation (SCAAI) of Poland notified the NTSB of the event.
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Polish investigation in its capacity as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
