What happened
On February 25, 2015, an accident occurred involving a Boeing 747-468, registration HZ-AIX, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in relation to this event.
The Aviation Investigation Bureau of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia notified the NTSB of the accident. As the State of Manufacture and Design, the United States appointed an Accredited Representative to assist the Saudi Arabian authorities with the investigation under ICAO Annex 13.
