Accident Details
On June 4, 2015, at approximately 1715 coordinated universal time, a Cessna A188, Colombian registration HK-1364, was substantially damaged when it impacted power lines and subsequently terrain during an aerial application flight near Puerto Gaitan, Colombia. The commercial pilot was fatally injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time of the accident.
Sequence of Events
A witness reported that the airplane was conducting spraying operations when it struck power lines. After the impact, the aircraft continued to the ground and came to rest inverted. There was no postcrash fire.

The aircraft involved was a Cessna A188. The registration was HK-1364. The pilot, who held a commercial license, was the sole occupant and was fatally injured.
