What happened
On June 5, 2015, at approximately 15:06 UTC, a Piper PA-25-235, registered as PR-ACH, was involved in a fatal accident in the Patrocínio Municipality of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The aircraft had departed from Fazenda Irai de Minas, Brazil, and was en route to Araguari, Brazil.
While performing a low pass over a farmhouse under visual meteorological conditions (VMC), the aircraft's left wing struck a lightning rod antenna. Following the impact, the airplane traveled an additional 160 meters before colliding with the terrain. The pilot sustained 1 fatal injury.
