On June 7, 2015, at approximately 1823 UTC, a Textron Aviation C90GTi, registration PR-AVG, crashed into a house near Belo Horizonte-Pampulha Airport (SBBH) in Belo Horizonte City, Brazil. The aircraft had departed from SBBH about one minute prior to the accident, en route to Faz Barranco Alto Airport (SSOQ) in Mato Grosso do Sul.

Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft experienced a loss of control and descended into a building. The impact and a subsequent postcrash fire destroyed the airplane.
