Incident Notification
The Centro de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (CENIPA) of Brazil has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Boeing 737-300 that occurred on June 9, 2015.
Accredited Representative
In response, the NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CENIPA investigation. This appointment is made under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the United States is the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane.
