Accident Details
On June 11, 2015, at approximately 2340 eastern daylight time, a Piper PA-23-250 aircraft, Canadian registration C-FXPS, impacted terrain about 1.2 nautical miles from the Kangirsuk Airport in Kangirsuk, Quebec, Canada. The pilot and two passengers aboard sustained fatal injuries.
Investigation
