What happened
On July 5, 2015, a Cessna A188B, registration N625EH, was performing aerial application maneuvers near Crawfordsville, Indiana. During the maneuver, the aircraft struck a powerline. The impact with the powerline and the subsequent contact with the terrain caused substantial damage to the aircraft's fuselage and wings.
There was one serious injury resulting from the accident, and no fatalities were reported. At the time of the event, weather conditions were reported as Visual Meteorological Conditions (VMC) with 10 statute mile visibility.
