What happened
On July 26, 2015, at 0200 UTC, a Piper PA46-350P, registration JA4060, crashed into a residential area in Tokyo, Japan. The aircraft had departed from Chofu Airfield shortly before the impact.
The accident resulted in 2 fatalities and 3 serious injuries. The fatalities included the pilot, one passenger, and one individual on the ground. Additionally, three passengers and two people on the ground sustained serious injuries. The aircraft was destroyed in the crash.
