What happened
On August 15, 2015, at approximately 1800 UTC, a Beech 350, registration N188RU, was landing at Juan Jose Rondon Airport (SKPA) in Boyaca, Colombia. The flight had originated from Alfonso Lopez Pumarejo Airport (SKVP) in Cesar, Colombia.
Upon contacting the runway, the aircraft bounced. Following this bounce, the nose landing gear collapsed, causing the aircraft to come to a stop on the runway. There were no injuries among the two pilots and nine passengers on board. The aircraft sustained minor damage to the engines, nose landing gear, and fuselage.
