Overview
On September 2, 2015, at approximately 1345 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), a Bell 206B helicopter registered as C-GYBK to Canada impacted terrain roughly 19 miles north of Sept-Îles, Quebec. The aircraft was occupied by five individuals at the time of the accident.
Occupants
Among the five occupants, the pilot sustained minor injuries. Two passengers suffered serious injuries, and the remaining two passengers received fatal injuries.
Investigation
